You don’t find it difficult to explain them things, you feel they can read between the lines and they understand your overall goals and intentions. That’s what make work enjoyable with such people. It’s not intelligence alone that matters, it’s the magical synergy with your team/colleague/partner that matters.

If a certain overwhelming experience in your life does not change you and makes you better, it was not an experience worth going through. It’s time to reflect, learn from it and move to the next post without getting bitter at life but growing strong, having more love and more faith because you see life is full of sequences of such experiences.

This month is almost gone now, and I haven’t been able to write any post this month, so just decided to post some wire frames/prototypes of a Poll tool that we worked on. Its pretty simple, and is tool inspired from the PollDaddy. So here are the few sample wireframes.
